About the event
Experience a Kundalini Yoga class with Teacher Rosan Cruz, using the breath, mantras, chanting and intention to go beyond yourself and break through mental limitations.
Follow that with a Gong Bath, allowing the sound of the gong to work on a cellular level.
Teacher Windy will be leading Cacao Ceremony and some yummy relaxing Yin Yoga with a Shamanic Journey and bonfire, weather permitting!
