Who is this for?

The Lunar New Year Soul Alignment Retreat is open to everyone, regardless of gender, age, or religious belief.

If you feel like you would benefit for a pause from the daily grind and the weight of responsibilities in work, family, relationships or more, this could be for you.

If you are feeling discomfort or unease from emotional, mental or physical challenges, this might be the right space for you to connect to your innate capacity to heal.

What is required of you if you join:

We create a safe space in these retreats where participants can let down their guards and remember who they really are.

As such, confidentiality, non-judgment, compassion and empathy are required, but also boundaries and respect of each other’s space and time.

What can I expect if I join?

At the very least, the activities offered will provide a sense of deep peace and relaxation. The environment is also propitious to healing and transformation. During these retreats, connections are often made with like-minded souls, but most importantly, a connection to the self is re-kindled.
