Resting in The Eye of The Storm.
Is it possible to remain calm and at peace throughout stressful or difficult times? Life often presents us with challenges, emotional difficulties, and obstacles. In this talk, Christopher will illustrate how to use the practice of meditation to remain calm within the eye of the storm. A one hour talk followed my a 30 minute question and answer session.
Sessions are Php 500 for payments up to one week from the date of the event.

About the teacher: After studying and practicing meditation for the past 32 years, Christopher is now the director of the Such Sweet Thunder meditation program. Chris teaches from the belief that the practice of meditation can bring about a much-needed inner peace and harmony.
Christopher has received formal training in Japanese Zen; Mahamudra, Dzochen from the Tibetan traditions, Vipassana and Vedanta from the Indian traditions, and Mindfulness and Shambhala from the relatively modern American traditions. He has attended numerous training retreats, taking on the life of a monk in monasteries in Nepal, California, and New York.
