In this seven part live online series, discover Yogic Philosophy through Pantanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga. They are: 1. Yama, or moral code; 2. Niyama or personal code; 3. Asana or posture; 4. Pranayama or breathing techniques; 5. Prathyahara or sensory withdrawal; 6. Dharana or concentraten; 7. Dhyana or mediation; 8. Samadhi or merging with the Divine.
