About the event

Are you interested in going deeper with your yoga practice? Join our second run of this life-changing course! There is more to yoga than downward dogs and tree poses. In fact, what most people refer to as “Yoga “ is in really asana, or the physical practice. This is but one part of the entire tradition, whose real purpose is to prepare the body to sit in meditation! In this seven part live online series, discover Yogic Philosophy through Pantanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga. They are: 1. Yama, or moral code; 2. Niyama or personal code; 3. Asana or posture; 4. Pranayama or breathing techniques; 5. Prathyahara or sensory withdrawal; 6. Dharana or concentraten; 7. Dhyana or mediation; 8. Samadhi or merging with the Divine. This is truly a complete way of living, which you can bring to all areas of your life, not just on the mat!
