Om Fest Cebu

The first of its kind, Om Fest Cebu 2019 will gather a host of speakers and facilitators all in one magical day, at the beautiful Asmara Urban Resort in Banilad, Cebu City. The day will start at 8 am with Sacred Cacao, followed by Pranayama breath work and Kundalini Yoga. There will be talks on art, mindfulness, essential oils, as well as Pranic Healing. We will move our bodies with tai chi and then again with Transcendance, a practice of letting your body move to music instinctively.

As part of this event, there will be a Magical Market with crystals, tattoos, shamanic tools and much more for sale.
