Last month I mentioned I was opening a new six-month program for my 1:1 coaching.

I have to say that I really wanted to have a fancy launch and elaborate funnel, but that just didn’t feel authentic for me. I had to contend with this internal conflict that sounded like this: “Why are you being so resistant to structure? You are being lazy!” Yeah, it was not pretty.

All this to say that I am taking in 1:1 clients for my new program, which combines my tried and true classes that I have been teaching for years, together with fresh new content.

I know I should be telling you the precise outcome and problem I would be solving, but I gave up on that completely. Why? Because the results I have seen in my students in clients over the years have just been too diverse. In some cases, they were life-saving; I have had several people come to me to say that they would have taken their own lives if it hadn’t been for our work together. Other, less dramatic, but equally powerful outcomes include: improved relationships, more self-love, better health and sleep, less anxiety and stress.

Those of you who know me, know that part of my vision includes everyone learning to practice energy healing on themselves and others. Now I know the word “healing” is triggering for some, just like the word God is triggering for others! Allow me to clarify.

- Energy Healing happens when you give your full attention to the person sitting in front of you, and practice active listening.

- Energy Healing happens when you comfort a child who was hurt, by placing your hand gently on their boo-boo.

- Energy Healing happens when we sit in silence and hold space for our discomfort to transmute.

Yes, there are aspects of my practice that may appear esoteric, but like I always say: take what resonates and leave the rest.

My guarantee: if you work with me for six months, you will be a completely different person.
